Returns and Refunds

Material Manufacturing Defects:
- If you discover a material manufacturing defect in any product purchased from Desktop Cable Management Pty Limited, you may return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will either refund the purchase price or replace the product, at our discretion.
How to Return a Product
To return a product, please follow these steps:

- Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Include a copy of the original purchase receipt and the return authorization number with the returned product.

Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
